As a Designated Broker in Real Estate since 2000 and calling Toledo Home since 1981, I decided to open an office locally and serve Southwest Washington with a high level of skills and a local market knowledge.

Tammy Stevenson​
Tammy graduated from Toledo, WA, married in Toledo and is a long term resident of the local area. Tammy has raised four boys with her husband of 30 plus years! She is excited to now be a member of the Southwest Washington Reality. Tammy understands our local community, its needs
and goals. We welcome her to our team.

Brad Dykstra
Brad is a lifelong resident of Toledo, WA. He graduated from Toledo High School. He attended Washington State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience; hence furthered his education with a Doctorate degree in pharmacy. After college he immediately returned to Toledo, WA where he works both as a pharmacy investigator and real estate broker. Brad and his wife, Kaitlin, are proudly raising 3 children Toledo. Brad is involved in many activities such as being a member of the Toledo School Board, Toledo Lions Club and the Toledo Cheese Day’s Car Show. Brad knows our community. He is committed to providing honest, intelligence and dedicated customer service to his real estate clients.
