As Probate attorney you may have homes in probate and need to know their market value.  My specialty is in selling homes and commercial properties within Southwest Washington.  My market analysis is based on the reported selling prices of the most recently sold homes - comparable in location, size, and presumed condition.  With over 20 years of experience, I project the value as closely to that of an Appraiser or Lender as possible. With my 20+ years of experience I am also cognizant of the emotional state that heirs sometimes experience when dealing with the sale of a loved one’s home. Using patience and understanding, I work them through the process emotions, sadness, and concerns that sometimes impact the financial aspects of the sale. Your probate clients are grieving, while at the same time being forced to deal with the details of settling a loved one’s estate. Disposing of a house and its contents can be heart-wrenching at best. The situation calls for a listing Brokers who understands and respects this emotional state. That’s why, when selling probate homes, I proceed with compassion and will handle the marketing and transaction details some families find too difficult to face.

Here is what make us different: We are members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) based out of Seattle and The Realtor Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) based out of Portland.  This gives us True Regional and National coverage to other Brokers and Buyers. 

On the Web, we will populate to the #1 Real Estate site, and the NWMLS and RMLS will also send listing information to all the retail sites like Zillow, Redfin etc. 

We also send Broker-Blast email campaigns to literally thousands or regional brokers, and to over 3,000 buyers, brokers, and investors in our own database that I have worked with over the past 20+ years. 

We don’t just list a property in the MLS and wait for a buyer...We Market & Sell the Property! 


Finally, since many heirs need assistance with packing, estate sales, cleaning, etc. If appropriate, I have a list of trusted vendors that I will refer to so the family may choose the right person that matches their needs / wants to expedite the process.
